Beyond Revenue eliminates these risks by utilizing a multi-layered approach to first mutually ascertain your company’s problem areas, and secondly to chart an effective, low-risk path to successful organizational improvement.
What do we do: Based on our state-of-the-art methodology, we determine the health of your goals, core processes, objectives, and measurements of effective revenue performance. Our approach is comprised of the following components:
- Define and Discover
Our approach starts with a targeted discovery process focused on specific functional areas that allows us to quickly determine priority “hot” issues where help is needed immediately. We also assess root causes of this chronic pain that will lead to strategic breakthroughs later.
- Summarize Findings and Build Team
After the initial discovery, we will summarize our findings and make recommendations for how to effectively address the problem areas. This will include a set of improvements that we can affect immediately, along with others that will require more extensive analysis and planning. We will identify internal team members required for the engagement to succeed, and seek approvals from leadership to involve the team and kick off the engagement.
Once we’ve agreed on and prioritized projects, we start with a detailed review of the underlying business processes including flow charting, performance reporting, and relationship to other processes. We will document how the processes currently work, define measurements for evaluating ROI, collect data to support improvement initiatives, and apply industry best practices/standards to determine their overall effectiveness.
- Propose and Engage
After we’ve created detailed business process documentation, we will propose in concert with the internal team necessary process changes and technology tools to improve, streamline, and boost business performance. We will identify any additional internal resources required for the project execution. Further, we will identify target review points throughout the engagement to ensure that progress is on track and efficiencies are met.
Our primary goal in implementing improvements is to enact solutions utilized by all stakeholders, and that actually deliver the intended benefits. While high level leadership and sponsorship is important, widespread adoption is the key to success; thus, the solutions must have value for all users. Our singular approach to delivery will help everyone in your organization understand their role in implementing improvements, and it will help them to make the personal changes required for team success.
- Review/Measure/Continue Improvement
During and post engagement, we will review with you the progress and new processes to ensure that improvements are realized and that they are producing the expected results. We will then obtain your sign-off that the engagement has met your goals.
